No appointments until you hear otherwise.
OK, so I had mentioned on the voicemail and prior website entries that anybody with an appointment in the first 2 weeks of April we would assume those appointments are cancelled. Well now it's getting into the second week of April so I figure I ought to make an announcement for 2nd part of April and beyond. Having checked the guidance from the California Dental Association and a new dental specific release from the California Department of Public Health and to avoid confusion from having to continually update which appointments are cancelled and which are not I am opting to cancel all appointments until further notice. In practice, I will leave all appointments on the schedule for the rest of April and May and beyond, but the office will just be closed until further notice and we won't start work on moving anything around until we have an idea of when we'll be able to reopen. If you have an appointment in April or May, please just assume that you don't need to show up unless you hear from one of our staff that we will be open that day and the appointment is for sure happening. If the day of your appointment has already passed we will make every attempt once we are able to open back up again to contact you and find another time to get you back on the schedule. If it seems like life is getting back to normal and businesses are reopening and you haven't heard from us, please don't hesitate to give us a call as our call load is probably going to be pretty huge. I've set the main phone numbers to go directly to voicemail for now, but I will be periodically monitoring those voicemail boxes and as I mentioned earlier, my cellphone number is on there as well for phone consults as needed. Best wishes, stay safe and well and I look forward to seeing you again soon.
